Product fault or defect
If within 7 days of receiving a product and that product genuinely has a fault or defect, it is required that a detailed account of the fault be sent to BubsGro in the form of a clear photo and description of the fault. After careful consideration, a response will be made determining whether the claim is valid. In that case the customer is then required to send the parcel back to BubsGro at their own cost. Once the product is received by BubsGro and deemed to be faulty or defective and refund will be made.
Please DO NOT send the parcel back until email confirmation is received from Bubsgro.
If it is deemed that returns are being made at an unusual rate by a single customer, the products in question will be reviewed in case there is genuinely a manufacturing issue, otherwise the refund may be questioned in integrity.
